Maja Kościuk

A graduate of the Faculty of Law and Economics of the Casimir the Great University in Bydgoszcz, where she obtained a master's degree.

He specializes in bankruptcy law, in particular consumer bankruptcy and restructuring, participating in the preparation of applications, analysis of the legal and economic situation of enterprises and in the development of restructuring strategies. It supports processes that require knowledge of procedures, good organization and precise preparation of documentation.

In his practice, he handles bankruptcy proceedings, both from the perspective of an attorney representing the participants in the proceedings and an assistant to the trustee, which allows for a broad understanding of their course and conditions.

He has experience in providing services to business entities, covering issues of commercial company law, including the creation and transformation of companies, preparation of corporate documentation, as well as support in the ongoing services of companies. On a daily basis, he works in ICT systems, including the Court Registers Portal and the S24 system.

At work, he focuses on accuracy, reliability, a structured approach and commitment, which translates into effective support for the team and the safety of the cases being handled.
