He represents clients before courts of all instances, administrative courts and public administration bodies. He has extensive experience in conducting disputes with the Social Insurance Institution and tax authorities.

His practice covers broadly understood civil and economic law, including in particular company law, commercial disputes, liability of management board members, criminal and fiscal proceedings, tax law, bankruptcy and restructuring, as well as issues related to real estate, construction investments, transport, labor law, banking law and pursuing claims.

He serves as a restructuring advisor and trustee, which allows him to combine legal knowledge with practical experience in conducting restructuring and bankruptcy proceedings.

He is a graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration of the Nicolaus Copernicus University in Toruń. He completed the Comparative Law School program and studied at the University of Warsaw as part of the student exchange program. He completed his legal training at the District Chamber of Legal Advisers in Toruń and is entered on the list of legal advisers of the District Chamber of Legal Advisers in Bydgoszcz.
