Our firm provides comprehensive legal assistance in administrative and judicial proceedings, supporting clients in disputes with public administration bodies. We provide advice and representation at every stage of the case – from legal analysis, through conducting the proceedings, to reviewing decisions before administrative courts.

We support clients in contacts with authorities such as the Social Insurance Institution (ZUS), the Tax Office, the National Labor Inspectorate, and construction supervision authorities. We assist in the proper preparation of documentation, drafting letters, and handling matters requiring knowledge of administrative procedures.

An important area of ​​our practice also involves reviewing the correctness of administrative decisions and taking steps to amend or repeal them. We represent clients in appeal proceedings and before the Provincial Administrative Courts and the Supreme Administrative Court.

We also provide support in particularly complex matters, including extraordinary proceedings, such as reopening proceedings or declaring an administrative decision invalid.
