We carry out an in-depth analysis of possible solutions, taking into account applicable regulations, current case law, and market practice. We examine each option in terms of its consequences in order to select the most effective and secure solution.

After the analysis we present recommended solutions that take into account both legal aspects and business consequences. We discuss each option transparently, enabling an informed decision to be made. We then provide support in implementing the agreed actions — from preparing documentation, through conducting negotiations, to representation in proceedings. Our goal is not only to resolve the problem effectively, but also to ensure lasting protection of the Client's interests.
